Jennifer Davies reports in the San Diego Union Tribune, of all the new ways job seekers must learn to connect with employers in today’s job market. With San Diego’s unemployment rate at 10.2 percent, she says there are a lot of diligent job seekers facing very little opportunities.
Phil Haynes, Managing Director of AllianceQ, says, however, that he can see a turnaround beginning – with companies now “hiring the people who hire people”.
